This policy explains how bookings, recordings, delivery, and refunds are handled for services provided by MelaMagicka.
- Booking Process
All readings must be booked through the Website and paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment confirms your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and this Booking Policy.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Square.
- Reading Delivery
All readings are delivered as pre-recorded video readings.
Your reading will be recorded and delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Readings are delivered via a private, unlisted video link. This link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
All turnaround times are based on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
Delivery is made by sending a private viewing link to the email address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your reading within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
- Video Access
Your reading will be provided through a private video link (such as an unlisted YouTube link).
Video links are provided for a limited time and will remain accessible for approximately 30–60 days from the date of delivery.
You are encouraged to view or download your reading within this timeframe.
MelaMagicka is not responsible for lost access after this period.
- Reading Types
Available readings may include:
• Full tarot spread focused on an area of your choice
• General reading guided intuitively (“Spirit-led” reading)
Services offered may be updated or expanded over time.
- Turnaround Time
Readings are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may extend slightly. If delays occur, reasonable effort will be made to notify you.
- Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Refunds may be requested if the recording process has not yet begun.
• Once recording of your reading has started, refunds are not available.
• No refunds are provided after delivery of the reading, as this is a personalised digital service created specifically for you.
• If you have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the recording begins so that we can assist where appropriate.
Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- No Follow-Up Questions
Readings are provided as complete standalone services.
Follow-up questions, clarifications, or additional interpretations are not included unless offered as a separate service.
- Failed Delivery or Incorrect Email
If an incorrect email address is provided, delivery delays may occur.
Please contact us promptly if you do not receive your reading within the stated timeframe.
- Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services where necessary, including in cases of inappropriate requests or misuse of services.
