- Recording & Delivery of Services
All readings are delivered as pre-recorded video readings.
Once payment is confirmed, your reading will be recorded and delivered within 24 hours where possible.
Delivery is made by sending a private viewing link to the email address provided during checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
- Video Access & Availability
Readings are delivered via private video link (such as an unlisted YouTube link).
Video access will remain available for approximately 60 days from delivery.
You are encouraged to view and download your reading within this timeframe.
MelaMagicka is not responsible for loss of access after this period.
- Reading Types
Available readings may include:
• Full tarot spread focused on an area of your choice
• General reading guided intuitively (“Spirit-led” reading)
Services offered may be updated or expanded over time.
- Turnaround Time
Readings are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
All turnaround times are based on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
During periods of high demand, delivery times may extend slightly. If delays occur, reasonable effort will be made to notify you.
- Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• Refunds may be requested if recording has not yet begun
• Once recording has started, refunds are not available
• Refunds are not provided after delivery of the reading
Refunds may be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- No Follow-Up Questions
Readings are provided as complete standalone services.
Follow-up questions, clarifications, or additional interpretations are not included unless offered as a separate service.
- Cancellations
Requests to cancel must be made prior to recording commencing.
Once recording has begun, cancellations are not available.
- Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or end services where:
• A connection cannot be established
• Behaviour is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate
• A request falls outside the scope of spiritual guidance services
• We believe the session may not be suitable at that time
Where appropriate, services may be declined or refunded prior to recording.
